In a literary conversation entitled 'An hour with... Iman Mersal', the Sheikh Zayed Book Award 2021 Literature winner, highlighted the historical and personal journey behind her award-winning book (In The Footsteps of Enayat Al Zayat). The event was held on June 19 at 6:30 PM GST as part of the Arabofolies festival of music, arts, and ideas organised by Institut du Monde Arabe, recipient of the Sheikh Zayed Book Award 2018 Cultural Personality Award.

The literary meeting, featuring writer and journalist Bernard Magnier and actress Farida Rahouadj, took place in person at the Institut du Monde Arabe Library (level 1) and was live-streamed on the Institut du Monde Arabe Facebook page.
