In collaboration with SOAS, the Sheikh Zayed Book Award held a webinar titled 'the impact of Arab Literature in the West and Beyond'. The discussion was joined by H.E. Dr. Ali Bin Tamim, Secretary-General of SZBA and Chairman of Abu Dhabi Arabic Language Centre, along with Michael Cooperson, SZBA 2021 winner, Robert Irwin, Middle East editor of TLS, Huda Fakhreddine, Associate Professor of Arabic Literature at the University of Pennsylvania and moderated by Prof. Wen-chin Ouyang, Professor of Arabic and Comparative Literature at SOAS.
