On Wednesday 12th March 2008, the UAE’s Deputy Prime Minister, HH Sheikh Hamdan bin Zayed Al Nahyan, honoured winners of the second edition of the 'Zayed Book Award' at a ceremony at the prestigious Emirates Palace.
