Sheikh Zayed Book Award’s First Longlist Announcement “Development of Nations” and “Critical Studies” Longlists Revealed

Abu Dhabi 7 Nov 2016–The Sheikh Zayed Book Award (SZBA) announced today the first longlist of its 11th cycle (2016/2017), starting with ‘Contribution to the Development of Nations’ and ‘Literary& Arts Criticism’ categories.
The Longlist for Development of Nations consists of six titles out of 145 nominations received. These nominations were received from five Arabic countries, namely Morocco, Egypt, Jordan, Algeria and Syria. The works named in the category’s longlist are;
